Ralph Faufata Jr. has dedicated more than 45 years to the transportation industry, building a respected career grounded in safety, skill, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Beginning as a commercial driver, he became a trusted instructor and CDL examiner, training and mentoring countless drivers throughout his career. Known for his patient teaching style and steady leadership, Ralph has helped generations of drivers develop the competence and confidence required for professional driving. His expertise and leadership eventually carried him into the executive level of transportation management, yet his greatest pride has always remained in mentoring drivers. ​

Princess Faufata is a certified driving instructor with over five years of experience helping new drivers build safe, confident driving skills. She holds State of Hawaiʻi Teen Driver Education certification and specializes in working with teenage drivers, creating a supportive learning environment that reduces anxiety and strengthens real-world driving ability. Inspired by her father’s lifelong work in transportation and driver training, Princess is passionate about equipping young drivers with the knowledge, confidence, and responsibility needed for lifelong safe driving.
